Explorer is a smart device designed for people who like to go on adventures. It functions as a tour guide that helps the users to discover the fantastic world.

ASSESSMENT

The design started with prototyping. As a travel device, Explorer has to be designed in an appropriate size for human. It also has to be opened and closed easily for users while traveling.

The function

With the elastic band, users can wear Explorer easily and effortlessly. The leather made puffy straps also provide users comfortable wearing experience.

There are only two directions on the touch panel. To turn on Explorer, just simply double click on the forward side of touch panel. To confirm the instruction, single click on the forward side as well; the backward side is for turning off Explorer and cancelling the instruction.

EXPLORATION

Explorer helps users to identify species of animals and plants while traveling. It is also a qualified tour guide that helps users discover the traveling area. Users can find scenic spots and activities easily; Explorer will also lead the way undoubtedly.
